- Visit the Storeopinion website.
- If you have your Loblaws store receipt, enter the 19-21 digit code in the given field. If you don’t have the receipt, check the checkbox saying Don’t have receipt. Now click on the Next button.
- You must now select the store you want to leave feedback for. Click on the drop-down menu, choose Loblaws, and click Next.
- Select the City of the store you visited from the drop-down menu. Also, select the Location and the Address of the store. Once done, click on the Next button.
- You will now have to enter the date of your visit to the Loblaws. Also, select the time of your visit from the given timeslots. If you don’t know the time, you can choose I don’t know. Click on Next to continue ahead.
- You will now have to confirm whether you are at least the age of 18 or not; click on Yes and then on Next to continue.
Note-If you select No, you cannot participate in the survey.
- Now, select what you want to leave the feedback for-Dietitian, Optical Service, or In-Store. You can choose all the options if you want to. Once done, click on Next.
- You will be asked whether you shopped in the store or purchased online. Select either of the two options and click on the Next button.
- If you select the Shop in the store option, you will be to tell how you checked out, i.e., self or through the cashier. Once done, you will have to share your feedback. If you did not select the Shop in the Store option in the previous step, you would be directly asked to share your feedback.
- Answer all the questions that you are asked in the feedback.
- You will now have to agree to the rules and regulations. Select the ‘I have read and accept these rules and wish to be entered in the draw’ option.
- You will now have to enter your First Name, Last Name, 10-Digit Area Code, Phone Number, and Email Address.
- Once you finish all this, click Next, and you will have successfully submitted your feedback and participated in the monthly draw through this survey.
